Never easy, excruciating,agonizing and hard but so much benefits as a result.It seemed as if it was affecting the physical body only but unknowingly it penetrated deeper to the mind.Bleeding all over into all areas of my life.This article has plagued my mind for so long it is ‘a necessity became a lifestyle.
What then became a lifestyle? Workingout became a lifestyle.Science proves that working out makes you healthy.I agree yes not because of science but from experience.It’s been a bumpy journey or lets just say a battle between the mind and the body.Where the mind always wants to call it quits while the body wants to do more.Working out haven’t been easy for me but i kept at it and im still at it.
Working out is not about the physical body only.Moreover permit me to say physical fitness is not one of the most important key to a healthy body.For me mental change always comes before physical change.Working out became my daily activity because it is healthy for my body but much greater for my mind.It is therapeutic.So then i hit the gym as much as i can because i enjoy it.
Everytime when i go to gym my mind always whispers ‘call it quits,it is enough’. But then what kept me going till now? The benefits of working out kept me going.I always tell myself that i got this no matter how hard and challenging it is. When i felt like quitting i always thought of that weight i wanted to control.That self confidence i wanted to boost.The nice, peaceful sleep that comes after working out. There are other benefits that can get you going and started.Working out reduces stress, it helps you control addictions and more importantly it sharpens your memory.
I stayed focused. My focus was and is still on the prize or the results of working out.Remember you got this as much as i do.You only get out of it what you put into it.Commit to be fit both in mind and body.Your body can handle it start now and make exercising a habit.The truth is every workout counts, stay fit,stay healthy and stay focused.
